History of 'fast racing' round the Horn
Paula's sailing background stems from her hereditary background with the 'Cutty Sark' one of the greatest tea Clippers ever to be berthed from Dumbarton, 23rd November, 1869.
Paula's great great ancestor (John Willis) known as White Hat Willis was the owner of this fastest clipperof her time. On her bow sprit it read 'Where there is a Willis there is a Way'
A motto that Paula has kept..in all things ventured and gained..
